Services Provided:
- Supporting the Ministry of Economy in implementing the country’s Just Transition to clean energy in North Macedonia, including the conversion of coal-fired power plants to natural gas combined cycle plants.
- Analyzed the use of highly efficient gas-fired cogeneration to supply heat and hot water to densely populated sections of North Macedonian cities.
- Supported KTG (Kazakhstan gas company) in evaluating divestiture from KMG and greatly expanding its natural gas field exploration and extraction. Analyzed and provided recommendations on introducing competition in the retail natural gas market.
