IED Consulting team remotely gathered information on four key hydropower sites and relevant regulations, clarified licensing definitions, and reviewed past marketing efforts. Benchmarking data on international projects and private investments in large energy sources was also collected.
The team analyzed the data to identify market opportunities, assessed site alignments, and evaluated competitive advantages. A framework plan for a Nuuk workshop was developed.
During a one-week visit to Nuuk, the team held a workshop to present site potential, competitive analysis, and initial market strategy ideas for stakeholder discussion.
The team conducted further research to produce a final report with site information packages and suggested contacts.
The team reviewed feedback and interest from external parties after the Ministry issued invitations.
