Jake Delphia visited the massive construction site of the 3,600 MW Rogun hydropower plant (HPP). As a subcontractor to Corporate Solutions, we are supporting the development of Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to the largest electricity consumers in Tajikistan, and we are supporting the development of cross-border PPAs with utilities in the Central Asia Region. The HPP will include the world’s highest dam (330 meters) and provide power to be delivered on the CASA-1000, the mega-transmission network reaching as far away as Pakistan.
